SuperPippo Inzaghi finished off a fine move firing under the bar from nine yards, as Kaka and Gennaro Gattuso had combined for the build-up. Milan Lead 1-0.
Siena managed to equalise when a lucky ricochet on Zuniga's cross sent Simone Vergassola clear at the back post, his shot going in off the inside of the upright.
Portanova was judged to have pushed Inzaghi in the six-yard box and Kaka converted the low penalty despite Manitta guessing the right angle.
