Serie A: Hattrick from Super Pippo!!

Filippo Inzaghi become Milan's hero after makes a hattrick in the Serie A match against Atalanta in San Siro, 8/3/2009. Milan win 3-0.


Milan was leading when the match just started, in 7 minutes, Inzaghi makes his first goal with his left kick after take a cross ball from Zambrotta. Milan's goal keaper, Abbiati plays well to makes Atalanta failed to make the score. At least 3 chances from Atalanta's player can be saved by Abbiati. The score doesn't change until half time.

In 71 minutes, Inzaghi makes his second goal after he beats Atalanta's offside trap, takes Pato's assist before he run pass Atalanta's goalkeeper, then shot the ball to the goal line that already empty. 3 minutes after, Inzaghi makes another goal after takes the pass from Zambrotta.

This result don't change Milan's position in the standings. Milan just shortened the point to Juventus with 5 point.
